Terms of use
These Terms govern use of Missonar by professional, business, and consumer users worldwide.
Operator
Missonar is operated by AT-INNOVATION LLC. Contact: info@miravoxtech.com.
Service scope
Missonar provides AI-assisted collection, analysis, matching, scoring, ranking, and organization of freelance technology opportunities.
AI and opportunity limitations
Scores are recommendations, and pitches are generated suggestions that users must review and adapt. Opportunity information may originate from third parties. Missonar does not guarantee any mission, contract, revenue, response, accuracy, availability, or hiring result. Users remain responsible for verifying every offer, its source, terms, legitimacy, and suitability before acting.
Accounts
Users must provide accurate information, protect their account credentials, use the service lawfully, and are responsible for activity under their account. Users must promptly notify AT-INNOVATION LLC of suspected unauthorized access.
Plans
Missonar offers Free, Pro, and Business plans. Current displayed configuration: Free (€0, up to 1 active mission and 1 radar refresh per 24 hours, email notifications); Pro (€39 per month, up to 5 active missions and 3 radar refreshes per 24 hours, email notifications); Business (€99 per month, up to 20 active missions and 10 radar refreshes per 24 hours, email and WhatsApp notifications). The price, billing frequency, features, and limits shown at checkout or in the product at the time of purchase control.
Billing and cancellation
Stripe handles paid subscriptions. The recurring price and billing frequency are shown before purchase. Users can manage or cancel an active paid subscription through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals as indicated in the portal; it does not by itself delete the Missonar account. Account deletion is a separate request available at info@miravoxtech.com.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable rights under applicable law. Where applicable, consumers may have mandatory withdrawal, cancellation, refund, or other rights under the laws that apply to them. These rights differ by jurisdiction and are not represented as identical worldwide.
Acceptable use
Users must not abuse the service; use it illegally; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malware; bypass security, quotas, or plan limits; unlawfully scrape or redistribute data; or infringe privacy, intellectual-property, contractual, or other third-party rights.
Suspension and termination
AT-INNOVATION LLC may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for a material breach, unlawful or abusive activity, security risk, non-payment, or protection of the service or others. Users may stop using the service and may separately cancel subscriptions and request account deletion. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
Intellectual property
AT-INNOVATION LLC retains rights in the Missonar software, branding, interface, and proprietary materials, except for third-party content and services and rights belonging to their respective owners. No ownership rights are transferred merely by access to the service.
Third-party opportunities and services
External job and mission listings remain subject to their respective sources and owners. Third-party platforms and services have their own terms and policies. Missonar does not control third-party listing availability, content, decisions, or conduct.
Service availability
The service may change, be interrupted, or be unavailable. No uptime or uninterrupted-availability commitment applies unless AT-INNOVATION LLC expressly provides one separately.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AT-INNOVATION LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on AI suggestions, third-party opportunities, or service interruption. Nothing excludes or limits liability, remedies, or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
